Legacy User Subscriptions

A palmEM subscription ensures you have continuous and up-to-date access to the app’s resources. Here’s a detailed look at subscription management, with information for legacy users.

Access for Legacy Users

Paid users of palmEM prior to the introduction of the subscription model retain full access to existing content and content updates.

Key Requirement for Legacy Users
To maintain your access as a legacy user, you must be logged into palmEM using the same email address associated with your Apple ID. This is crucial for the app to recognize your legacy status.
Ensure the email used for palmEM matches the one linked to your original purchase through Apple.

Restoring Access for Legacy Users

If you face any access issues, tap ‘Restore Subscription’ or ‘Restore Purchases’ on the paywall screen and restart the app. This should revalidate your original purchase and restore your access.

This step is usually sufficient to solve most access problems for legacy users.

Assistance for Access Issues

If restoring purchases does not resolve the issue, contact palmEM support for further assistance. We will ensure your legacy access is reinstated.

Subscriptions for New and Non-Legacy Users

Those new to palmEM or without prior paid access can subscribe via the app. Yearly and monthly subscriptions are available. Yearly subscriptions include a free 7-day trial. If you signed up for a free trial subscription and you don’t want to continue it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

We strive to make your experience with palmEM smooth and efficient; however, we understand that technical issues can sometimes occur. We’re here to help and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve any troubleshooting concerns.
