Most users experience a smooth and stable experience with palmER AI Suite. However, if something isn't working as expected, here's how to troubleshoot and where to get help.


🧪 No Known Platform-Wide Issues

At this time, there are no known recurring technical issues affecting the platform. That said, minor issues like AI response delays, UI glitches, or unexpected output can sometimes occur.


🛠️ General Troubleshooting Tips

Try these steps first if something doesn't seem right:

  • Refresh the page
    Especially if content freezes or doesn't load properly

  • Log out and back in
    This often clears up session-related quirks

  • Fully close and reopen your browser
    Not just the tab. Completely quit and relaunch your browser to clear memory or session issues

  • Disable browser extensions and pop-up blockers
    Particularly ad blockers or privacy tools that may interfere


🌐 Check AI Provider Status

If AI responses are unusually slow or unavailable, the issue may be upstream with our AI providers. You can check their real-time status here:
